The Parque’s first phase earned unanimous approval from Scottsdale’s Development Review Board, allowing developers to begin seeking permits. The $1 billion redevelopment will transform the former CrackerJax amusement park into nearly 700,000 square feet of mixed-use space, plus 159 new housing units. Additional phases will return for review as the multi-year project moves forward.
