Lariat Village, a 120-unit affordable housing complex featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, is under development on Tucson’s southside on a 4.8-acre site. The $44 million project is funded through federal grants, Pima County support, and state and federal low-income housing tax credits, and will include energy-efficient fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and community amenity spaces. The development is expected to be completed in 2027.
