Colorado-based developer Aardex has completed renovations on One West Madison, a 1913 warehouse building in downtown Phoenix’s warehouse district, and is now seeking restaurant, entertainment, or creative office tenants ahead of the NBA All-Star Game in February 2027. The company also plans to build a 14-story, 262-unit apartment tower next door called Jackson Place, with ground-floor retail and a pedestrian paseo through what is currently an alleyway. Construction on the tower is targeted to begin in 2027.
