Critics say a new bill to increase affordable housing options would revoke zoning rights from cities

It will be another busy week at the state Capitol as lawmakers debate yet more election-related bills, as well as those dealing with masks and other COVID-19-related restrictions. But there are other bills on the agenda, as well.
