A recent study commissioned by Oro Valley and conducted by Elliott D Pollack & Company found that there is a significant demand for rental properties. The study found that Oro Valley has a low percentage of multifamily units (19%) compared to single-family units (73%), and only 13.7% of housing stock is located within apartment communities. This makes the options quite limited for renters in the community. Recently, Aerie Development, in coordination with the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce, opened the Linda Vista Luxury Rentals, a 54-unit development in Oro Valley, to cater to the ever-growing community’s needs.
