Modus Cos plans to invest $425 million in constructing 1,030 units across the metro area, including complexes in Buckeye, Casa Grande, and Scottsdale. These communities will offer amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, and electric car chargers, and are designed as Zero Energy Ready Homes, promising renters significant utility bill savings.
