A proposal for a luxury apartment community near Biltmore Fashion Park is advancing with scaled-down plans after facing opposition from neighboring properties, including legal representation hired by all sides. The Camelback East Village Planning Committee has greenlit a 60-unit complex at the Camelback Lakes office complex, following adjustments to the original design. If approved by the Phoenix City Council in June, construction may commence by June 2025, subject to strict restrictions on construction hours and activities.
