City of Phoenix Greenlights New Four-Story ‘Walkable’ Development

Developers received preliminary site plan approval from the city of Phoenix for a new upscale, four-story apartment complex located at the northeast corner of Seventh Avenue and Camelback Road. This 4.8-acre property falls under Phoenix’s Walkable Urban Code zoning, which means it has reduced parking requirements, bicycle infrastructure, and improved sidewalk and shade provisions. Additionally, the property offers convenient access to a nearby bus stop and a light rail station.
