Funded by the county’s $5 million annual Regional Affordable Housing Fund, the study will be conducted by Economic Consultants Oregon Ltd. over the next year. While some board members have raised concerns about its effect on other projects, the study is expected to provide essential data to guide future housing policies and investments.
