A new $52 million rental community, Papago Village, is coming to Scottsdale. The project will convert a 70,000-square-foot former office space into 94 luxury units, with rents projected between $2,400 and $4,000. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness center, recreation area, and dog park. In addition, a 4,500-square-foot building designed by Taliesin Associates will be repurposed into a shared office space with conference rooms and virtual meeting facilities. Located at the base of Papago Mountain, the development will offer views of Camelback Mountain. Construction starts early next year, with completion expected by early 2026.
