Thompson Thrift has begun construction on The Gilmore, a $225 million, 35-acre mixed-use project in Gilbert, featuring 300 luxury apartments, a hotel and 200,000 square feet of retail and dining space. Strategically located near Loop 202, the development will include major tenants like Safeway and Better Buzz Coffee, with openings beginning in late 2026 and first residents moving in by early 2027.
