Phoenix leaders and development partners broke ground on The Moreland, a 237-unit affordable and workforce housing community designed to expand access to homes in the downtown core for lower-income renters. The project will include supportive services such as career coaching, financial education and health resources, reinforcing the city’s focus on long-term housing stability. Construction will unfold in two phases through 2027.
