$650 Million Astra Tower Project in Phoenix Postpones Groundbreaking to 2026

The $650 million Astra Tower project — planned to be Arizona’s tallest building — has postponed its groundbreaking to 2026 due to financing delays. The mixed-use development will feature 700 apartments, high-end office space, retail, and a hotel. Developers say the delay will not affect the tower’s design or ultimate completion timeline.
