American Rescue Plan Act helps fund 96-unit affordable housing complex in Phoenix

La Esperanza Terrace, a new 96-unit affordable housing complex in Phoenix, is now leasing to low-income families thanks to federal American Rescue Plan Act funding and a partnership between Maricopa County, the city and the Isaac School District. Developed by UMOM New Day Centers, the project is part of a broader effort to transform unused public land into stable housing for those in need.
