Greystar Real Estate Partners hosted its annual Back-to-School Supply Drive in partnership with Southwest Human Development. This organization focuses on providing early childcare services through education and support programs, ensuring children have a positive future.
Through the efforts of more than 35 properties and 80 corporate team members and departments across Arizona, over 520 school supplies were donated to support elementary, middle and high school students across the Valley.
As the cost of living continues to rise, many families face challenges in providing the essential school supplies their children need to succeed academically. This initiative has become a meaningful tradition for Greystar, allowing their teams to make a tangible difference in the lives of local students and their families year after year.
Greystar looks forward to continuing these efforts and investing in initiatives that help strengthen the communities they serve.
In July, Picerne Real Estate Group and its properties in Tempe, Scottsdale and Goodyear hosted a Back-to-School drive for UMOM. Additionally, the David and Doreen Picerne Foundation contributed $5,000 to UMOM.
Several members of the site teams and corporate staff had the opportunity to tour the UMOM facility and personally deliver the donation. It was a valuable experience to see firsthand the excellent services provided by the facility and the positive impact it has on many individuals.
