The Scottsdale Development Review Board has approved Cosanti Commons, a 189-unit apartment complex near Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard. The project, developed by DPC Cos., will feature $1.4 million worth of gallery and flex space for the Cosanti Foundation, honoring architect Paolo Soleri. In addition to residential units, the development includes open space and will revitalize a partially vacant retail center on the site.
