Atlanta-based Wood Partners is delivering two more apartment communities in metro Phoenix, bringing another 630 units to market in Gilbert and Avondale.
Alta Avondale encompasses 360 units on 14 acres of land within The BLVD in Avondale, while Alta Rise in Gilbert includes 278 units.
Wood Partners has built 7,145 units in metro Phoenix since 2014.
Alta Avondale will be completely built by January, while Alta Rise recently opened and is currently leasing. Also currently leasing is Alta Uptown in Chandler.
Three more projects are under construction, including Alta 87 in Gilbert, Alta Dove Valley in north Phoenix and Alta Goodyear, which is opening in January.
