CenTria Living is constructing a 36-unit apartment complex called CenTria Biltmore at 4235 N. 24th Street in midtown Phoenix, with studios and one- and two-bedroom units averaging 700 square feet and renting for just over $1,500 per month. The developer says the project is aimed at renters feeling priced out of the market and is part of a broader effort to address Phoenix’s missing-middle housing shortage. The building is expected to be ready for residents by February 2027.
