Quarterpenny Management is proud to announce that The Woods Apartments and its staff were recognized at the City of Tucson Landlord Appreciation Event held on June 25, 2026, for their participation in the City of Tucson’s Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The Woods Apartments was one of several local apartment communities to receive an Appreciation Award in recognition of its commitment to providing quality housing through the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
By partnering with the City of Tucson, The Woods helps provide comfortable apartment homes for low-income families in southwest Tucson. Property Manager Allysia Hemsworth and Assistant Manager Dolissa Olivas were on hand to accept this award.
