Colorado Town To Get World’s Largest 3D-Printed Community

RIC Robotics and True North are building Cleora, a 55-acre, 106-home community in Salida, Colorado, that will be the world’s largest 3D-printed residential development, with seven homes already complete. The project will include the country’s first 3D-printed metro district to support infrastructure systems, and a partnership with Colorado Mountain College will give students hands-on training in robotics and construction technology. Developers say the project demonstrates that architecturally distinctive homes can be delivered at community scale using robotics without increasing costs for buyers.
