Affordable housing developer Dominium has broken ground on Vivir at Ballpark Village, a 400-unit income-restricted apartment community near Lower Buckeye Road in Goodyear, financed through federal low-income housing tax credits and a capital stack that includes Freddie Mac, Capital One, U.S. Bank and Barclays. The community will feature one- through four-bedroom units with amenities including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and playground. The project adds to Dominium’s growing Arizona pipeline as demand for income-restricted housing continues to outpace supply across the Phoenix metro.
