DSW Commercial Real Estate is proposing its first workforce housing project after buying a 6.1 acre parcel at 4400 S. Mission Road in Tucson. The principals say they’ve been considering building housing for the budget-conscious, which are left out of the usual mix of luxury apartments and affordable housing built with tax credits. They hope to provide 68 units with open recreation areas and verandas.
