Maricopa County’s partnership with Threshold Inc. has added over 611 new properties across 26 cities that now accept housing vouchers, helping more than 3,300 households move from homelessness into permanent housing. By offering incentives, education, and dedicated support to property owners, the program successfully expanded the geographic reach and quality of housing options. This innovative public-private approach improves outcomes for both residents and landlords while reducing pressure on emergency shelter systems.
