A developer is asking Maricopa to rezone 28 acres for build-to-rent housing near Gunsmoke and Santi roads. Santi Village would be a gated community of 339 single-family attached or detached homes with a pool, clubhouse and pickleball court. The paperwork is under pre-application review.
