Peoria is getting nearly 1,000 new housing units in one master-planned community, Peoria Place, and developer Greystar broke ground on a 370-unit apartment project as part of it. Marlowe Peoria Place will be a three-story community with one- and two-bedroom apartments along with 4,900 square feet of retail space. “In Peoria, we realize that a diverse housing portfolio is key to attracting new business,” said Peoria Deputy City Manager Mike Faust.
