A vacant Tempe strip mall near the Dorsey Lane light rail station will be transformed into Dorsey Station, a mixed-use project with about 400 rental units—90% of them affordable—plus a new grocery store and food pantry. Construction is expected to begin in mid-2026, delivering new housing and critical neighborhood services.
