Metro Phoenix eviction filings dropped 15% in March, according to the Maricopa County Justice Courts.
Many of the filings don’t end up as evictions because renters pay the amount due, work out a deal with the property owner or receive a favorable court judgement.
One reason evictions may be easing is the continued drop in Phoenix rents.
