A new $117 million development in downtown Phoenix will include the preservation of the early 20th-century Pratt-Gilbert Building. Despite past modifications that hindered its historic designation, the neoclassical structure was recognized in 2001 and will remain a key part of the mixed-use apartment and commercial space planned by Denver-based developer Aardex.
