A four-story, 261-unit apartment project is under construction near Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert. The development will feature studios through three-bedroom units plus resort-style amenities and hundreds of parking spaces. Town leaders approved the project in 2022 after deed restrictions required multifamily housing on the previously vacant site.
