A new luxury residential tower is under construction within the CityNorth master-planned development in north Phoenix, adding to a growing mixed-use urban core that will ultimately include more than 3,400 apartment units, two million square feet of office space and 1,000 hotel rooms adjacent to Desert Ridge. The CityNorth district has already delivered two luxury apartment communities — Sunela and Azur — along with the Republic Services headquarters. The project reflects continued investment demand in north Phoenix driven by proximity to major employers including Mayo Clinic, American Express, and the TSMC semiconductor campus.
