Amara, a seven-story, 300-unit luxury apartment community, is planned near the Phoenix Suns’ headquarters in the downtown Warehouse District. The project will include ground-floor retail, wellness amenities, and 400 parking spaces, with construction expected to begin in late 2026. Developers say the building will activate the district with new residents, dining, and neighborhood-oriented gathering spaces.
