The Astra Phoenix, a 44-story, 542-foot tower, will break ground later this year and become Arizona’s tallest building. Located in downtown Phoenix, the project will include apartments, office space, retail, and a hotel, supporting Phoenix’s push to boost urban living. The city is also preparing for a major redevelopment of the long-vacant Chase Tower, expected to begin in early 2026.
