A proposed 20-story student housing complex called The Leo has received a key recommendation from Tempe’s Development Review Commission and now heads to City Council for final approval. Developed by Up Campus Properties, the 786-unit project near Arizona State University will include retail space, parking with EV charging and rooftop amenities.
