The City of Surprise is offering five rebate programs through June 2027 to help residents and property owners reduce outdoor water use, including a new rebate for high-efficiency irrigation rotary nozzles of up to $1,250. Other rebates cover smart irrigation controllers, xeriscape installation for new single-family homes and turf removal for both residential and commercial properties. All programs are administered on a first-come, first-served basis until funding runs out or deadlines pass.
