Prescott Valley is getting 240 new maintenance-free single-family detached and duplex homes for rent, catering to a growing market, and the first 75 were expected to open by the end of February. “The new built-to-rent home market segment is experiencing dramatic demand due to the delayed purchases of homes, parents wanting rentals near their children’s colleges and universities, the maturing population and the shift in demographics,” said David Brown, co-manager of Atlantic Jasper, the developer of the homes.
