Tempe’s hot housing market continues full steam ahead with two more approvals: Its Development Review Commission on Jan. 23 gave the thumbs-up to the seven-story Apache Square and a general plan land-use map amendment for the 15-story Verve Tempe. Together, the projects will bring 512 units just east of the Arizona State University campus.
