Vestar unveils massive mixed-use project in Mesa

The proposal calls for a resort hotel, 300,000 square feet of upscale retail and dining, up to 3.4 million square feet of office, and about 2,500 apartments around a 20-acre park and lake. Phase 1 aims to break ground in 2027 pending annexation, zoning and entitlements.
