The first phase of the $1.8 billion South Pier project in Tempe is nearing completion, bringing three high-rise towers with 724 apartments, retail space and a central park to Tempe Town Lake. The Shorehaven complex will rank among the tallest buildings in the city. All three towers are expected to open in 2026, marking a major milestone in the lakefront’s long-planned redevelopment.
