Intersection Development is building Rainbow Road Apartments, a 36‑unit complex inspired by Mario Kart’s iconic psychedelic track, located near Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix. The project will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from $1,925 to $4,885 per month, plus ground-floor retail and a large patio. Originally designed with a private courtyard, developers adjusted plans after community feedback to create more public space, though an official opening date has not yet been announced.
