A new luxury multifamily development called 12th & Greenway is under construction at the northwest corner of 12th Street and Greenway Parkway in north Phoenix. Developed by Embry, the four-story project will include 340 upscale apartments and townhomes with modern finishes and amenities like a resort-style pool, fitness studios, micro-offices, and a dog park. Construction began in December, and the first tenants are expected by the third quarter of 2027.
